I saw a few minutes of this movie the other day. Ben Aflack is married to this lewd woman who is not in the least attractive - neither her personality or her body, and his father is George Carlin, who stole every single scene he was in like he always does. He talked about pork roll and the juice in the pan that Ben Aflack didnt like because of the fake healthy eat water not lard food nazi bullshit that hasnt kept anyone from dying yet, and George rebuked him. In five minutes they captured life in Jersey so well it was uncanny. All they need is to add people who cant put their blinkers on when they turn to save their (and your) life and the crooked politicians who serve seventy years and then drop dead in office and its like the absolute perfect representation of the state in every minute detail. And when the speed limit says 65 it means 80, and you used to be able to bullshit your way out of getting a ticket but now the cops pull you over for no reason because they get a commission for every ticket they write. I just looked up the movie. Apparently Jello (Hennifer Hlopez) was the woman who played Ben Aflacks wife. It was written by Kevin Smith, so that explains why its so accurate. I cant tell the difference between Ben Aflack and Matt Damon. They look the same, theyve been a number of movies together, and they both do some good works helping poor people while still coming off as douchebags.
