I saw a video of someone making this on Facebook and thought Id give it a try. Easy, and it came out great. Next time Ill think of an Italian twist... Try it! Preheat oven to 350. Separate the yolks from the whites of 4 (or more) eggs and put aside. Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. (I added some salt and pepper to taste - next time Ill add some garlic or onion powder, maybe even some curry) Add the egg whites to a greased baking safe dish or pan. Place the egg whites into the pan in 4 mounds. Press an indentation into the center of each egg white mound and place an egg yolk. Put into a 350 degree oven until the egg whites are stiff and slightly browned. Serve on buttered toast. Mmmmmmmm......
