I see a lot of fabulous people in my business - some hoping to emulate Tiggy and Ruth by becoming models - others just wanting to gain confidence and know how to present themselves properly. Every one needs to know that good manners are so important as well as clean shoes - that first impression on a future employer is sooo important and that first impression on me is vital - dont turn up to my classes in thongs but in a nice court shoe and neat dress.
