I seem to have developed a fresh fruit addiction when Stephanie (owner of the health food store I work at) said that I ABSOLUTELY needed to give up my caffiene and sugar (my two guilty pleasures were a Dove dark chocolate bar and a diet Dr. Pepper every day on my way back to work from lunch)...so, I subbed fresh fruit...now she says I eat way too much fruit and it only turns to sugar in my body!!! Of course, there is no dissapline in my vocabulary (never was)...so, I buy a pint of fresh strawberries, a little box of blueberries, about 6 kiwi, a pineapple and a seedless watermelon every week and I eat it all. Today I decided to try CONTROL...I found a bunch of popcicle recipes made from fresh fruit or yogurt and learned that you could put a few extra ice cubes in a smoothie and pour it in a popcicle mold (thinking of your Skinny Shake Kendall). This is one way I can limit my helpings of fruit. Enough Stephanie...I will come a little ways...but, not all the way. When we have family night around the firepit, I will still have a somemore with low fat grahams and a big fat square of Dove dark chocolate...LOL
