I set up and appointment for Ceci House Cleaning LLC based in Raymond, MS to come and clean our house today. The appt was for 9:30am. They contacted us and asked to move the appointment to 12:30pm. I agreed. At 1pm no one had shown up. I tried calling with no luck. I posted a msg on their FB page asking what the status was. I finally got a txt around 1:30pm. They stated that their was supposed to be 2 people coming but she had not heard from them. I was notified at 1:41pm that they were doing a deep cleaning and they would let me know when they were coming. It is now 4:50 and no response to phone calls or text. I posted on their Facebook page and asked for a status. The post was deleted. I can understand issues and problems with people you hire to do work for you. What I cannot understand is no communication at all. We had made arrangements for them to clean today. Mistakes happen, problems arise. How you handle them is the mark of a good business. The worst part of this is they have cleaned for us in the past and did a great job. The problem was always with them being late or not showing up. They would make no attempts at all with no call or attempts by them to contact us to let us know what was up. Now they have removed my question from their Facebook page and have not responded to any attempts of contact. We changed our schedule to accommodate them. It may seem trivial to some but when you have a busy schedule it makes an impact on you. If you have had good service from them great for you. I will not take a chance on them again.
