I should preface all of my recipes by saying that I like to keep things simple and basic. I find that it appeases more of my family and its less work on me. Im not a chef, these are just mostly my go tos. ok, here is recipe #1: with fish I usually make fish tacos: 1-2 lbs of tilapia seasoned with cayenne, cumin and red pepper flakes Bake off at 350 until done..I start them frozen so its about 15-18 min. Flake up. I can of black beans, heated with chix stock(low sodium) and lots of spice, your choice whole wheat tortillas tomatoes salsa shredded cheese lettuce avocado There are a million different versions but this is what i do and my whole family will eat it b/c you can make it your own.
