I spend most of my life trying to make things better for other people, in my job, I have to be the translator between my boss and my employees. Which doesnt allow me to be myself more than half the time. I get paid to meet goals, and raise expectations, thats hard on me sometimes. If they could see past the red and black plastic pants, they would see a woman who wants nothing more than for them to be successful and make the money they deserve on their paycheck. Most of them ask me, how I do the corporate thing. Truth is, I do it for them. In my personal life I really try to keep my anger at bay, my emotions neat, and my opinions to half the size they really are, where does this pay off for me? Well, it does pay off. When I see the smile in everyones eye, because they reached a goal they thought they never could, and when I open my arms to my friends and give them a safe place to land. One day I will grow up and do what I dream of, for now this is my dream♡ Im sorry if you feel forgotten in my world of many. I am here, I just am emotionally wrapped up in helping more than 20 people find their success. I am almost there, yall. I do love you, and if you truly know and love me, then you know that when I do something I put my whole self into it. #justtryingtofindthebalance
