I spent several hours at the hospital last night (Einstein Medical Center) and was just so impressed with the professionalism, the cleanliness, the undying passion and care the nurses have for new parents and the babies. They leave no stone unturned. Baby Ry even has a device on him which Ryan says will sound a loud alarm should someone attempt to remove him from the hospital. Ryan and Tiffany wear bracelets with numbers that identify who they are. The nurses wait on the babies with so much nurturing. I can tell they love their jobs. It was just so sad for me to see all those babies in NICU hooked up to equipment. I couldnt help but think of Keisha Lightbourne-Williams, Marsha Y. D. Smith Rochelle Vernette Christopher and Gaynell Hayward.....women who LOVE this kind of work. WOW! Praying that Baby Ry will come out of NICU today and be released to go home. He has to pass 3 tests for his blood sugar levels which have been inconsistent up and down. For now Im happy knowing hes in excellent hands!
