I start my new job Friday. I am now a case manager for Workforce WV. I will also be a fill in trainer in Lincoln, Cabell, Putnam and Wayne Counties if their trainer calls off sick. Im excited but nervous. I never thought Id be a single mother because he was loved more than he knows. Having to manage work, child care and sick days on my own is scary to say the least. For the past 12 years I worked from home so didnt have this to worry about. I was the child care provider for everyone lol. Its been a productive morning. I got Katie enrolled in an after school tutoring program this morning. This will be a big adjustment for her. I have many friends who have offered to keep her on occasion so thats a relief as well. I got some paperwork and business taken care of as well. I didnt sleep any last night due to the re occurring nightmare so Im impressed Im not sleeping right now lol. I want to thank everyone who wrote a letter of recommendation. Rachel Crockett-Ritchie, Tess Hager, Fina Locklear-Coleman, Shelly Mollett Neidig. It means the world to me. (Hope I didnt leave anyone out). Also, a special thanks to Sarah Maynard who recommended me for the job. You have been a great friend and emotional support to me and Katie Willis. Id give anything to have my family restored to what it once was. Please keep Katie and I in your prayers because we are going through a lot of changes we didnt want. My heart aches more for my baby than it does for me. Also pray for Gene. We still love and miss him.
