I started the 10 week course of Iceman, Wim Hof, called the Wim Hof Method (WHM). Wim Hof is also known as Iceman. Iceman does things that are not done before. He is seen as a “super human”. Wim runs a marathon on his bare feet, on the North Pole with -25 degrees Celsius. Half a marathon in the Sahara, without drinking water, and Wim can sit in ie for more than an hour while normal people would die within 10 minutes. According to Wim though everybody can do what he does. His secret is in his breathing method. Before you start the course you have to state at least 3 goals and have some other questions asked. My goals I stated 5 goals that I want to reach. These are: Focus on higher goals and my passion. High on life. Close to myself in difficult situations Embrace my dark side and share more loving energy. Shine on like a crazy diamond. Other questions The questions are about how long you can keep your breath, how many push ups you do and how your sleeping pattern is these days. I can keep my breath for 1”41′. I can do 20 push ups, in a proper way. I may show you in a later vid when I feel cool ;). How is my mindfulness during day? Sometimes I have a lack of focus for what is truly important for me. Sometimes I have a hyper focus still though :). How is my sleeping pattern? I sleep well but sometimes I have sleepless nights, in which I am often quite creative so I don’t have a problem with it. Sometimes I wake up completely happy, as if I just dropped from the light. But other times I wake up with a stone in my belly. You know that feeling, waking up with not feeling good enough? I wonder if a breathing method can help me with waking up with a stone in my belly…we’ll see. I will do my best with the first week of breathing like Iceman. Next week you will read my first week’s experiences!! Check out the course here: dealguardian.net/product/831/?hop=timvandervliet Bye!
