I started working on a song which is about losing someone and the whole idea of things being half-full or half-empty... being grateful for the time got to share with them no matter how short it was.....I think often of my friends who lost an exceptionally talented son who was in law school in NYC Isaac Solomon, and about Jeffrey Block, Kenny Koehler, Kyle Patrick Koehler, Martin Lebowitz and many others, all that were taken from us before they should have been. Funny when a song idea strikes me, how it preoccupies so much of my thinking. I am looking forward to working more on it...I have the chorus done :)
