I still recall the organizational meeting for the Constitution Party of Alabama. This meeting took place on November 15, 2008. There were 13 of us cuddled in a cramped room at the Homewood Library. We were all activists and what we shared was a concern for our country and state. Over the years, this 13 has dwindle down to only 3 original founders remaining. A few have moved to other states and some have disappeared all together. After tonights meeting, I feel like our hard work is showing dividends. Call it small progress but every county party that is meeting is having a dozen supporters attending. I would say the Constitution Party of Alabama is here to stay....
