I suppose now is as good a time as any to check-in with the Brooks kids! *So Chloe is messing with the light switch for the hall light and after being told numerous times to leave it alone with her responding with a mischievous smile, I get up, go over and tap her little hand. Here comes Justus... See Clo, bad guys never win! *Lets talk potty training... First, were at Fridays the other day and JB has to go potty before we leave, so I take him to the bathroom, and while he is potty trained (per se), boys require a little more fine tuning whereas we have to master nuances such as aiming and urinals. So... There we are and J is payin the water bill with coaching from dad. All of a sudden, he shouts and says, its in my eye! Me (in disbelief & concern sounding like Ducks momma): whats in your eye?!?!... JB: PEE-PEEEEEE! Me: Just hold on! Watch what your doin! I dont want it in my eye!!! *The next day... Im taking Chloe to the potty at home, only to find that it was a false alarm, she had already gone in the pull up. I get her off and put her up in front of the sink so she can wash her hands. She is still without a pull up on because we need to get a new one from the room. I give her the hand towel to wipe her hands, and she walks out of the bathroom wiping her hands off and then, out of nowhere hikes up her leg and starts wiping her pajama and boom-boom with the hand towel!!! smh. At least shes concerned about hygiene! *Which brings us to Aislinn... On Friday were in the car and shes talking a mile-a-minute, telling us about how they had an election in class to elect class representatives, Republican Dominicans. Me distracted while driving, 3 secs later it hits me and I say, do you mean, Republicans and Democrats? Ace: Oh yeah! Thats it! I really wanted to win. LOL smh
