I survived the mall with two tiny ladies. Barely. But not for the reasons youd think. So, I have a mild fear of elevators but overcame it because I had the stroller so the escalator was out of the question. Anyway, we rode it down to the food court without incident. Had ourselves a super fancy dinner off from a tray without so much as a fit or complaint. We gathered our things, cleaned up our dinner and walked over to the elevator. The doors were open and people were getting on, we didnt have to wait! For some reason still unknown though, I decided to wait for the next time it came down. It was pretty full and our stroller isnt small. The doors closed and we waited. And waited. And waited. I walked around the corner to get a look at what was going on. (The elevator is in glass.) It was stopped. Just sitting there with the doors closed, people inside, not moving. Guess who figured out how to get a Bob jogging stroller, a 4 year old, and a newborn up the escalator? This girl. F--- elevators. I COULD HAVE BEEN TRAPPED. You guys. What the hell?! I may never go on a moving box of death again. Oh, and the people trapped got off after a few minutes and maintenance was checking it out. #ILoveStairs
