I think I thanked everyone individually for the birthday wishes yesterday, but if I missed anyone, my apologies & a collective sincere thanks for the lavish outpouring of kindness. It was not the best day, honestly - 15 hours of hard work from 1pm to 3am - followed by 8am to 6pm today but including a pleasant visit from my boss, which was encouraging. Post tenebras lux & all that. And weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning. Hollie & the kids just gave me their present of Glenlivet, which I tasted before dinner & is as delicious as I recall. My folks also gave me a Patron perfect margarita set with reposado & Citronge - guess my family knows me well. Thanks again, all.
