I think I will start my own airline for people with special needs. Sitting in atlanta on a 4 hour delay tried getting on a earlier flight and guess what, that will be $50 to change your flight to catch the hour earlier flight.........ugh, not to mention the berevment rate is the same as booking on expedia, the only difference is your allowed to change your flight when you want without penalty by calling the airline. Otherwise they do not cut the cost for you anymore like the used to....
