I think Im having a nervous break down. Ive been having nightmares for three nights now. I wake up kicking screaming or crying and when I go back to sleep I go back right where the dream ended. When Im awake I cant get the image of my dad out of my head in his hospital bed and everytime I touched him he was colder and colder! Im shaking today, cant stop crying. Trying to get ready for work. I dont ever post this stuff but today Im a wreck!
