I think Im officially done canning this year..probably not, but like to think that I am. This year I canned: 18 pints of corn salsa, 17quarts of dilly beans, 11pts and 4 quarts of bread and butter pickles,18 pints and 3quarts of spaghetti sauce, 16 quarts of Sun pickles, 11 pts of garlic dill pickles and 14 quarts of starter tomatoes...phew..cant forgot my 24 quarts of Grandma Vernas freezer corn and 18 quarts of freezer green beans.
