I think guns should totally be %100 legal. My logic, guns are illegal, but criminals dont follow the law. So they have one, but the general population dont. So if some jerk off decides to go on a rampage; we have to wait for armed response. I also think Mark Duggans death was deserved. He had a gun and was known to be planning an attack. CO19 shouldnt need to wait to see if its a real gun or not, you only really know when its put a bullet in your mates eye. If they were legal, people may be less inclined to go on one if other people were packing heat.
