I think if anyone tries to defraud the average bear, then maybe this option should be kept around for extra stick incentives. Im not saying it should be the go to option first...maybe dual track the carrot option while persuing the first stick option and then as a tertitary track....a triple track...let any financial executive understand it that their punishment may not just include clawback of their compensation. Just saying it should be an option considered. Thats all =)
