I think it is the Pastors responsibility to ensure that his/her congregation celebrates his/her spouse... If he/she cannot celebrate him/her in public, the congregation will never see him/her as part of him/her. Sheep have a tendency of overlooking the Pastors spouse as they run to the Pastor with their issues. The Pastor is what he/she is because of the person that supports them in and out of season! Let us not be the reason the marriages of servants of God get messed up because we ill treat our Pastors spouses! Let us not separate them, they are one. If your father cant see you, see your mom and vice versa! It takes one who is called to marry one who is called. Never under estimate the grace and power of God upon your spiritual mother or dad. Im thinking how many Pastors manage to put together a birthday celebration for their spouses with the churchs assistance? And how many remembered to get the church to publicly do something for theirs wives for Mothers Day yesterday? The church gets carried away organizing stuff for senior pastor, senior pastor should get carried away organizing stuff with church, for spouse! #JustThinkingOutLoud
