I think many have misconceptions of what a prophetic word is. A prophetic word does not have to come to you in the form of a Thus sayeth the Lord.. And many times, if it doesnt come in a like manner, we miss it. If it doesnt sound deep, we miss it. If it doesnt come across a mic, we miss it. If it doesnt come from someone with a private jet and an entourage of security personnel, we miss it. I have received prophetic words from listening in on conversations in Walmart. I can hear the Lord speak to me out of the barking of a dog and the chirping of a bird. Dont limit the way the Father speaks to you because you couldnt perceive a prophetic whisper of the Lord. The prophetic word of the Lord comes as instruction, wisdom, counsel, insight, intuition, direction, and warning. They will come at you from all sorts of angles in life so dont miss it. Remember, the religious folk missed Jesus because He didnt fit their profile. Dont you make the same mistake.
