I think.. presumes an important truth. If I am capable of thinking, then my thoughts do not constitute my self. Beneath the layers of humanity resides Spirit in all of us. When we realize that our thoughts have controlled us for so long, it must follow that we must trace ourselves back to our core being. When the Spirit is commanding thoughts, they no longer rule us. They complement our true identity. Untamed, the mind falls into a cyclic pattern of human suffering that at best is a mere shadow of who we were born to be. We must reclaim our minds to love, faith, and hope, or we will hate, fear, and be hopeless. We were not went to be prisoners. We are free for the sake of freedom, and with great power comes great responsibility to our fellow human, and to this Earth. Rise up. Be free
