I think the County Commissioners are starting to isolate themselves from being partners in our County. They have a budget to run too, but they receive tax revenue from all County Tax Payers, including those of us who live in cities. Just because a city or township receives the service, does not mean they should pay more, because their tax payers are already paying for it through County Taxes. Not to mention Ohio Revised Codes state the County has the responsibility in many cases to provide the services.
