I think there are two venues for ANC Polokwane Rally. One at Peter Mokaba and another one along Biccard street. The street is full. I wonder if we really understand the reason we have suc as this events. Why do we get inside buses jst to go nd gallavant in town instead of serving the purpose of being at that particular.
