I think this is good information to post again. thanks! i just called the attorneys office at 941-745-3750. I asked who oversees the attorneys office so that i could lodge a complaint against Mitchell Palmer who runs the office and against Jim Minix who was the prime attorney on Buck & Bills case. The receptionist stated that the attorneys are appointed by the commissioners. The commissioners and the judges are elected. At the very least the commissioners who appointed these attorneys should all be voted O-U-T. Judge Sniffen and Judge Farrance should be voted O-U-T. The receptionist kept putting me on hold to answer more and more calls. She said that she understood that people are upset. She did give me the number to the Citizens Action Office to lodge a complaint. The number is 941-742-5800. I talked with that office and they said they have heard that people are now boycotting Florida because of what happened in Manatee county. if there is anything else i can do to keep the fight going please let me know. Two beautiful lives were ended because of two heartless judges and the actions of the attorneys office in Manatee County, Florida.
