I think what youre trying to do here John and Stuart is very admirable and after 15 years since leaving Lister it would be nice to see a few old faces. But lets put things into perspective, this group was only created a week ago and youve already decided that theres no interest despite people still being added to the group. Not everyone checks Facebook on a regular basis so its entirely possible that a lot of people still havent even seen the group and are unaware of your intentions. From what Ive seen youve suggested only the one venue so far and havent really given people adequate opportunity to give you feedback. Can I suggest that instead of rushing this, you give it some time and perhaps aim off for the back end of summer/September time? If no further interest is generated then perhaps chalk it off as a bad idea. Were all in our 30s now so its pretty safe to say that weve all got commitments and responsibilities that take precedence over a rushed reunion. Im sure the majority would be interested in a get together so give it time eh? No rush. :-)
