I thought Id pause for a rant today.............. Are you FAT?? Yeah, I said it.... F A T.......... fat Im not a Louis CK fan, but I am a Sara Baker fan and I saw this interaction of hers with Louie on his show and it addresses the fat issue. I found it interesting, how they portrayed it. I dont judge people by how they look, but there are many who do and those who know me, know, I have struggled with my size for more than a few years. But thats a personal health thing. My whole family is fat. Thats just US! Im not Curvy. Im not Big Boned. I am what I am. Just say the word! Dont sugar coat it. (Damn I love sugar coating... hahaha) Dont let the Governments BMI scare you......... Dont let Societys views scare you......... Dont let the politically correct people scare you. Be happy with who you are and be what you want. And if you have friends, family or acquaintances who are fat..... Be Normal. Dont tip toe around things. Dont try to be different when you are with them. Just have fun with them and treat them like you would anyone else. Some of my favourite students and favourite instructors (and favourite Masters) are fat. They are great people. The language in the video clip may be offensive to some, but the article is pretty cool.
