I thought Ive seen the worst in the world of basketball... Fist fights and free for all... Injuries in games here and there... I myself experienced some... But none will surpass what Ive witnessed this afternoon in the ILOPRISAA winner take all Mens Championship game between JBLFMU & IDC... Seeing an athlete (from JBLFMU) free falling helplessly head first on the hardcourt was a nightmare for everyone watching a climactic game with a minute to go in regulation & with just a point separating the two ballclubs when it happened... Tests and Xrays later revealed a head injury and a fractured collar bone... JBLFMU won the game by a point in overtime by the way... Praying for a speedy recovery to the athlete...
