I told this story to an old girlfriend that has been given a silver spoon her entire life. This particular girl knew him when he had practically nothing. I know this guy that had no direction in life as a teenager, could not afford college, mom and dad just did not have the bread to send him to college, so he joined the service. His dad always told him that he wanted something out of life to go and get it because he was not going to give it to him. This guy did not even have a bank account when he joined the service, like wow. The story has it that he saved and saved and saved and did without many things for a long long time. I here that today this guy is kicking major butt and life is grand. He has accomplished so much and after getting married, it just keeps getting better. What does she tell him after he mentions how proud he is of what he has accomplished, he should be humble. I guess yeah, he should be humble just like all the famous people we here about everyday on the TV and radio right?
