I took the greatest chance on love, but unfortunately, it was a chance I should have ignored. I never believed in falling in love as you go and yet, I married someone based on that premise because I wanted to please everyone else. I believe that love should already exist between two people before they get married. Thankfully, I followed my heart and let go! It wasnt easy, but I couldnt see myself as a wife only catering to my husband out of obligation. I wanted to cater to my husband out of deep admiration, unwavering love, and allegiance to our union. I know now what it means to give up and still come out as a winner! If you know what you are feeling isnt love, explain that to your partner and live your life the best way YOU know how. Youll save yourself a lot of regret! Dont allow circumstances and people to dictate who you should marry. In the end, its just you, him/her and God. -Dorcas
