I tried to suggest something similar to this idea to my instructor in class last year. He looked at me like i was crazy to suggest it in fact saying that companies wouldnt go for it. I wish i wouldve had this opportunity when was taking the course. I have my certificates, for Safety, Quality Practices, & Measurements, Process, & Production, & Maintenance Awareness, leading up to a certificate in Production Technician. Didnt pass my test for PLC Automation, in part to the fact that we skipped over the Robotics partly because they werent set-up to teach that part at the time. Ive been studying on my own, hoping to re-take the test soon.
