I truly feel that our young black men.Should be encourage to be business owner.there is nothing wrong with being a rapper and or athletic.But you still working for someone else.We must try to have our own in our communities.Im proud of my son damn near 7 ft wants to start a nonprofit organization to help the community.I respect that and give encouragement.But as young men you have to lern to humble yourself.Not be a so called Uncle Tom or brown noseing.Volunteering your time with organizations.be a big brother,etc.Charity starts in the home
