I try my best.. To be there for people that really need me... People that really need someone, to help them make the change they know they need.. I cant live by example.. But I am not a hypocrite.. I have battled my demons and have them where I want them.. Where I need them.. To exist.. I cant deny them or fully resist them.. But these people Ive tried to be there for time and time again.. They deny their demons.. And act like I think Im better than them when I resist my demons.. When I do my best to take care of what needs to be taken care of so I can leave those shackles behind me.. Yes I abuse substances FROM TIME TO TIME.. Not as frequent as every day, or every week.. My bank account always has money in it.. I fund my part of what the band needs.. I take my girlfriend out for nice dinners.. I buy groceries for our home... I CAN ADMIT WHO I AM.. If you werent in denial and ashamed.. Maybe you could too.. Im not worried what my peers or my family think of me.. I do the best I can.. And all I want from these people is the best that they can do.. To get help.. And not wind up in a box for all your friends to act like they give a shit about you on Facebook after the fact.. Get some courage and fight your battles.. Stop making excuses
