I try not to post two posts in one day so as not to bug you too much, but can I just say what a great day today was? Starting at 5:15am, you might have already seen how I feel about them. I watched through the window without participating in ropes at 8:30 but everyone was working very hard. Then MetCon tonight had a full room full of people who werent sure what they had signed up for but trusted enough to show up. We had a participant who is 2 months shy of 80 yrs old in the room. We had all ages and sizes and fitness levels and everyone worked so hard the whole time. I admire you all so much. For whatever sacrifice you make to get there, your heart totally shows.
