I use goshen vets and after paying £62 today I have found he doesnt accept direct claims for insurance and my pup may have to have a lot more treatment including X-rays etc. I can either stick to a good vet but have to pay it out and wait until the insurance claim pays me or switch to another vet who I dont know a lot about and they will pay the vet directly so I only pay the new vet £50 excess a £10 fee but I lose the £62 paid to goshen. Looking for advice and opinions please!
