I used to believe that all educators will do whats best for the kids, however after this big joke of an incident, I can only derive that not all is willing to take the trouble to do so. Some rather play politics to save trouble and protect their own rice bowl. Dont get me wrong though, therere some whom are willing to go through thick and thin for the kids and theyve my deepest respect for that. As a parent myself, I definitely would want a educator to do their best for my child. Same goes for me in my job, teaching the kids till they can do it, understanding their difficulties, going the extra mile to do it for them, most important of all never give up on them. Well, I guess I now know one of the reasons why some educators are not respected by their students.
