I usually dont get on fb and rant, but I need to vent. Today me and my daughter went to Starbucks then to wally world in kvegas. We paid for our things, then go over to the Subway in the store for lunch. I spill my coffee down my pants. My fault. But not one employee offered to help. My daughter asked for towels and was given an almost empty roll. Yall know who I work for and know that if this happened to one of our customers, 5 employees would be there to help and apologize for it even though the customer did it to themselves. I just wanted a wet towel and someone to get the coffee out of the freaking floor. Instead I got ignored. Guess they dont know anything about customer service. Thanks for listening.
