I usually dont put personal happenings on Facebook. But last night as I was leaving the shop there was a guy with a flat tire in our parking lot. Mind you it was a blizzard and he was trying to change his tire. I felt bad for him so I told him he could pull it inside and we would change his tire for him. He said he already got the lug nuts off and he was fine. After I left he came to the door and asked if he could borrow a jack cause his wouldnt lift it high enough to get the spare on. So one of my guys took one of our heavy floor jacks out to his car so he could finish. Again it was a blizzard so he ran back inside after giving him the jack. A few minutes later my employees looked outside and the guy was gone. Unfortunately so was my jack that we lent him. And people wonder why no one wants to help people anymore. You do something nice for them and in return they steal from you!
