I usually wont make any sort of political posts because I dont want to get involved in all of the circular arguments it leads to, but this past Monday, a 12-year-old boy killed a teacher and wounded 2 other students before taking his own life. And what makes it even worse is that no one has heard about this because its just another school shooting. If this is really what our country has come to, I dont want to live here anymore. If a 12-year-old can get his hands on a gun and take the life of another as well as his own, then this country is seriously messed up. So many people oppose gun control but dont know shit about handling or storing a gun; owning a gun should be a privilege, not a right, because a majority of Americans lack responsibility and dont even consider what the hell could happen when they bring a deadly weapon into their home.
