I walked into baited argument yesterday & I should have known I was getting set-up. My exs new BF shows up engages me in pitter patter conversation then starts on a diatribe of why islam is the devils religion, after that he rails against Christianity and Catholics in particular then starts in on the fallacy of Buddhism. She is witnessing all this and enjoying every minute of it. He then starts saying things about my Mothers beliefs & she backed him up. Then he proclaims everything any disturbed or deluded person like me would need to bring me peace is in the Bible & with Jesus. He also told her I should attend an Evangelical Church at Whitney Young ...WHAT!!!?? I never criticize another persons beliefs nor do I denigrate what a person needs to feel comfort and security, so why am I subjected to such spiteful criticism of my own? And using Jesus as a weapon to do it.
