I want YOU to do me a favor. I want you to go in your room. I want you to go to that special little place where you hide your blades/self harm tool. I want you to put in ear phones, and listen to your favorite song. I want you to put it on repeat. I want you to hold your tool in your fingers and just look at it. I want you to sing along to your song, in your head, or out loud. I want you to finish your song. I want you to stand up, and gather all your tools, and put them in your hand. I want you to walk outside. I want you to walk down your street. I want you to dig a hole. I want you to bury your tools as far in the earth as possible. I want you to fill in the hole. I want you to walk back inside. I want you to go back into your room. I want you to turn off your music, and go back to where you were before you read this. Lastly, I want you to feel relieved. I want you to feel happy. I want you to feel BRAVE. I want you to feel strong. Because YOU ARE. And I want you to notice how I began every favor with "I want you to..." Because, I do.
