I want every resident of New Bedford to understand how important tomorrows election is. Even though there is no Mayoral race, the future of the Whaling City hangs in the balance. In the next 10 yrs, we have the ability to push this city forward in leaps and bounds- offshore wind, casino jobs, green energy, biomanufacturing- the list of possibilities is endless. However, many of those possibilities have been around before, and HAVE NOT been exploited, due to the lack of vision of many in our City Council. Although there are several members who are genuinely selfless regarding the path forward, many are not concerned with what is in the best interest of this city, rather they are interested in what is in the best interest of the city COUNCIL. I am the ONLY candidate with the education, experience, and sincerity to work toward ensuring New Bedford becomes the mecca it can be- commercially, industrially, and culturally. Do not let this chance to turn over the city council slip away! WE CANNOT WORK TOWARDS THE FUTURE BY REELECTING THE LEADERS OF THE PAST. That is all, there is nothing more to say.
