I want everyone doubting Ben Affleck as the new Batman to consider this. Tim Burton put the character on screen in 1989, he had his own take and did a good job of making the Dark Knight dark. And then every Batman after that was made to please movie audiences. They became terrible movies as each went on. Then Christian Bales Batman came in and pulled millions in because of the realism of those movies. Principle photography has started now on the new movie with Superman vs. Batman and Wonder Woman will be in it as well. Everyone has seen Affleck in the new Batman costume and still people are doubting him. Know this: This seems to be the first Batman that is being created and directed for the MILLIONS of fans who have been reading the comics for years. Batman IS a comic book character. And for someone like me, who has read the Batman comics since I was a boy, this suit, this Batman, is for us. This will be the Batman that everyone ACTUALLY loyal to him wants. If youre a Batman fan from cartoons and movies you have missed out on the best stories. Ben Afflecks Batman will be the first Batman made for the fans who have been reading since 1939. Frank Miller, Jim Lee, and The New 52 will inform this Batman. If you are confused by that sentence, you need to shut your mouth and start reading.
