I want everyone to know how poorly my sister was treated at Survivor Gals in Fort Worth TX. She went in to purchase a wig and was ignored and then was treated very rudely by the young woman at the front desk. Of course she looks like hell she is fighting cancer. Just because she had medicare does not mean she wouldnt have paid cash for a wig, but they didnt even give her the option. when she said she had an RX for a wig they asked if she had insurance, when she said medicare the woman said oh well I can tell you right now that they wont pay for a wig. And then she was dismissed like a begger. It really upsets me I mean yes her clothes are hanging off her but the weight loss was so fast we cant keep up and really if that is the kind of service you offer we will definetly purchase the new wigs from another location. Just remember SURVIVOR GALS is not a caring place to go. Even if it is in Baylor Hospital! OK vent is over
