I want some input. I bought Donovan a pair of jeans at Brave. He wore them to school last Tuesday. When I got home from work he said the button would not stay closed. The jeans were loose on him even with the adjustable waste. So after looking at them I decided to bring them back to Brave b/c the button was faulty. I went to Brave & was told there was nothing they could to that I need to contact Quicksilver. I was really super annoyed b/c I was honest that he wore them & that was their reason for not taking them back. I was honest b/c I would think they would want to inform the company & possibly check the other jeans. Am I wrong here for thinking they should have had a little better customer service? It is not like I paid $10 for these jeans!!!
