I want to Congratulate all members of The 13th Batch LDP Uganda who are graduating today. Its been a long journey friends, I have seen us struggle, fall down but still stand up and walk, and its a pleasure that u guys have finally made it to this glorious day. It doesnt matter whether I still have more years on campus or the fact that u guys have graduated, well always be one just like we were while on campus. Your graduation gives us hope that well also at our own time graduate and this shall be a point that will restore hope to us who are still on program, to work extra harder so that we shall achieve this, that u have achieved.
