I want to begin with wishing al of my Facebook Friends a very Happy Thanksgiving and hope that we all remember to take a little time to think how lucky we are to be here in Canada where it is mostly peaceful and safe. Our biggest worry is to elect a decent Mayor that is going to look after us OLD FOLKS and our TAX DOLLARS. I hope all of you enjoy your weekend. Mine started out great. Penny was so kind as to pick me up a few groceries that we needed. I really appreciated it as Rob was sick with the flu and Pen,s foot is still bad. Pen stayed for awhile and our guests Doug and Deb arrived. Always lots of fun and chatter, mostly by me. Jim really gets upset with me sometime but what do you do in a hostage situation. I think we get on each others nerves since he retired but he fails to realize I never ever had a chaperone to del with. L.O.L. I have been looking for a good job for him. Any Takers? Doug, Deb and ourselves played Wordsearch and we had to get out the old dictionary again to make sure nobody cheated. We take the games very seriously. When they left, Charlie went to the door and started to cry. I think he wanted to go with them for the ride. Charlie has really taken to them. Rudi on the other hand was his old grumpy self and laid on the chair curled up in front of the TV music. To-morrow I am going to look for or Bake a pie I forgot to get and maybe see Mom for a bit. I am cooking my dinner Monday, seeing everyone had other plans. I hope everyone stays well and safe. Have a Good one. Till Later. Janxx
