I want to despute the saying that says people with money are favoured by our Justice system, what I have realised is that those with money employ the best lawyers who are able to interprete the law. I think the state for the sake of its credibility should be able to attract on their payroll the best prosecutors who will be able to convince the judges, who are also as poweful as those lawyers. Its time that government is not undermined by the private sector. If one ever goes to the district and regional courts you must listen to the arguments of Legal Aid lawyers vs the private ones, you can tell that they are just doing it for the sake of doing. On Oscars case, as much as we might think he deserve to be convicted with murder, the state failed to use circumstantial evidence in convincing the judge. Oscar has the best legal team which Im not sure on the state side. I dont wish to be Judge Masipa at this present moment #mythinking
