I want to make something EXTREMELY clear!!!! I am beyond sick of hearing that I am overpriced.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?! Do you not have any idea what all goes into this and what other photographers charge elsewhere?!? I recently held Daydream Sessions, the tutu shoots for the little ladies.... they were meant to be something kinda like Glamour Shots for little ones but, NOT cheesy!! With this shoot you got an 11x14 print and that was advertised on the flyer!! for $95...... I REPEAT $95.. not $300... not $600 like I could make if I lived anywhere else but Clearfield!!!! Thats an incredible deal considering what the going rate for these shoots are everywhere else in the U.S. but I have to keep in mind where we live! Instead I get on facebook to see....... I paid $95 dollar for one print!!! NO, you did not pay $95 dollars for one print, you paid for my time to shoot the photos, my time to edit the photos, all the thought and effort and into setting up and tearing down. Until its all said and done, I make hardly anything from each shoot!! anyone that runs a REAL photography business can tell you this!!! Its because there are a million people out there that have no idea what they are doing, think a $350 camera is a pro camera, start a fb page and do sessions for $40 , that professionals like me cant charge what we really deserve to make!! So go ahead and go the photographer doing it for less, when you get a bunch of botched up photos, I hope you can stand to have them on you wall for the rest of your life! Its just like everything else in life, you get what you pay for!!!! ohhhhh...... I sooo woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning!!!! Sorry for the rant! :/
